About Livestock Tours

For over 75 years, Livestock Tours has been the premier “University on Wheels” for livestock producers, evolving from a Western Livestock Journal service transporting cattlemen to seedstock operations for bull purchases into a comprehensive, week-long educational and networking experience.

In 2023, Devin and Samantha Murnin assumed ownership and management of Livestock Tours to continue the legacy started by founder Nelson Crow. A small but mighty team based in Montana, Samantha manages business operations and event planning, while Devin brings his industry expertise. With a deep respect for the Crow family’s vision, they are committed to maintaining the longstanding relationship with the Western Livestock Journal while growing Livestock Tours as a stand-alone small business.

Guided by our values of integrity, curiosity, and innovation, we proudly offer immersive tours that connect attendees with diverse agricultural practices, from visiting renowned ranches to witnessing cutting-edge operations.
